    We’ll go through your skills and preferences together. The interview can be held over the phone, via Teams, or in person at a Sihti office.

  • Let´s get to work

    When a suitable position is found, you’ll sign an employment contract with Sihti and work at one of our client companies. There’s also the opportunity to be hired directly by our client company.

  • What does staffing mean?

    In staffing, Sihti is your employer, but you work at one of our client companies. We take care of all employment-related matters, such as salary payments, occupational healthcare, and employment administration.

    You become part of the client company’s team while also having Sihti’s support throughout your employment. Staffing can also be a pathway to a permanent position.

  • What kind of jobs can you find through Sihti?

    Yes. Working on site requires high-quality and safe equipment, and Sihti ensures that your workwear and gear are ready before you start your job.

  • Do I need previous experience?

    It depends on the role. Some positions require previous experience or relevant education, but there are also opportunities where motivation and a positive attitude matter most.
